Are you struggling with low user adoption?

Who We Are

Tri Tuns is a Customer Success Management and IT User Adoption consulting company that focuses on ensuring IT systems are used to deliver meaningful and measurable benefits to the organization.  We work at the intersection of technology, process, culture and people to help clients drive effective user adoption and realize their IT and business goals.

Quite simply, we help you get your people to use your systems, so that your IT project is a success and you achieve your business goals.

What Makes Tri Tuns Unique

We help leading organizations define new and innovative ways to achieve measurable business benefits from technology investments. Our experts work at the intersection of technology, process, culture and people to help clients through the initial change and sustain desired user adoption over the life of the system.

What makes us unique is that we combine technology implementation expertise with advanced knowledge of organization development and employee engagement techniques, which enables us to effectively drive desired user behavior. Further, while many consultants focus primarily on managing the initial “change” of a technology implementation, our focus is on both helping clients through the initial change AND sustaining desired user adoption over the life of the system.

When you put it all together, we bring fresh ideas and new approaches to solving one of your organization's biggest problems: how to get your people to use your technology and ensure your IT investment is a success!
