Are you struggling with low user adoption?

Tri Tuns CEO Jason Whitehead to Present at San Francisco's Cloud Slam '12

23-Apr-2012

On May 31, Tri Tuns CEO Jason Whitehead will be speaking in San Francisco at what organizers describe as the "world's largest virtual cloud computing event": Cloud Slam '12

In the midst of close to 20 conference tracks and topics including Business in the Cloud and Cloud Best Practices, Jason will present "New Challenges in Cloud Adoption - The Users!".

Migrating and working in the cloud is now faster, easier and cheaper than ever before and it's showing no signs of slowing down. While the technology can change on a dime, most organizations cannot. Quite simply, technology's moving ever faster and organizational change management and user adoption methodologies have not kept up.

And if people don’t use the system, it fails to deliver any value to the organization. If this happens, both the client and the cloud provider will suffer.

Jason will examine some of the unique challenges of cloud computing from an end-user perspective. This will include identifying shortfalls of common change management efforts and providing alternatives for how to improve change management and user adoption efforts to better suit cloud systems.

Attendees will gain new insights into what it takes to have a successful cloud implementation and learn what they can do to immediately begin improving adoption of their cloud systems.

Please join Tri Tuns CEO, Jason Whitehead, at the Cloud Slam '12 conference in San Francisco, CA on May 31, 2012 when he will present, “New Challenges in Cloud Adoption – The Users!
